All our of shipping partners are notifying us that we have reached the peak of the annual cargo volume. Due to the restrictive measures put in place for Covid-19 in the world and logistics congestion caused by geopolitical events, there has been a significant delay in logistics timings as well as within our warehouses. 

We know this is a big issue for you, unfortunately, this is an international problem that can’t be controlled by anyone, plus in this moment of crisis, nobody can forecast what will happen tomorrow, therefore we are providing the best service we possibly can under the circumstances. 

We are doing our best to continue working for you and assuring you to receive your orders on time even during these difficult times, so please bare with us & we thank you for your support.

CAN I STILL PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes!  We’re currently still able to accept orders and ship internationally but due to nature of the current situation we are aware of some delays. But our customer service team will keep you up to date with any sigificant delays to your order where applicable.

 

ARE YOU GUYS SHIPPING AS NORMAL?

Our carriers are informing us of some delays they are facing on a daily basis, due to logisitics and staffing issues. Unfortunately, this means there can be a delay in your parcel leaving our warehouse. But rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to ensure your parcel is delivered to you as soon as possible. 

We’ll be sure to communicate any significant delays with you using the email address that you enter at checkout.

 

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT  FOR MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE?

At the present moment we have longer processing time due to shortage of our warehouses team, with additon of all the added safety procedures and procautions we have put in place, so currently the processing time of all orders can take up to 5 days before the parcel leaves the warehouse. Once your parcel has left our warehouse then the shipping company will take care of shipping it to you. However, as previously mentioned our shipping carriers are also experiencing some delays, this can raise the overall time up to 25 working days.

 

I MADE AN ORDER BUT HAVEN'T RECIEVED ANY UPDATES. 

We will notify you every step of the way with regards to updates on your order. Once your order has left our warehouse, the responsibly the lies with the shipping company to deliver updates. However we are in constant communication with you & our shipping partners to make sure that there is no problem with your delivery and you will be notified should your order be sustainbly delayed for any reason.
