Oatmeal Peanut Butter Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup oatmeal, rolled
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 medium ripe banana
- ½ cup organic soy milk
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Ice cubes
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve while still chilled.
