INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup oatmeal, rolled
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • ½ cup organic soy milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Ice cubes

 

METHOD:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve while still chilled.
